REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL WITH A DISABILITY Pursuant to the

In the event that any meeting is willfully interrupted by a group or groups of persons so as to render the orderly conduct of such meeting unfeasible, those persons interrupting the meeting will be removed from the room. If order cannot be restored by the removal of individuals who are willfully interrupting the meeting, the Board may order the meeting room cleared and continue in session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.9.

A. Public Comment (3 minutes each)
The public can address the Board at the commencement of the meeting on any item that is described in this notice or other issues under the Board's purview. Individuals who wish to speak at a Board meeting must sign up at the meeting. Each speaker is allowed a maximum of three minutes for his or her comments, and each speaker may only make a single appearance at each Board meeting. Accommodations are made for translation and for those needing assistance.
Each person who addresses the Board shall not make personal, impertinent, slanderous, or profane remarks to any Board member, staff, or general public. Any person who makes such remarks, or who utters loud, threatening, personal, or abusive language or engages in any other disorderly conduct which disrupts, disturbs, or otherwise impedes the orderly conduct of any Board meeting shall, at the discretion of the presiding officer or majority of the Board, be barred from further audience before the Board during that meeting.
